The service personnel were very helpful and knowledgeable about their work positions. They showed respect and appreciation for my time and questions. The employee that l met first took the time to explain to me the prices, what each product did to protect my car (inside and outside) and the advantages of a monthly car wash plan. The employee who prepped for the wash tunnel was also very helpful and pleasant. I was pleased with my service. I am glad I went to Waters Car Wash, they made all the difference in my choice for my car. Thank you.

WARNING ⚠️⚠️ I bought my car 7 days ago zero scratches. Took it to water car wash 5 days ago and signed up for a month. On the third wash I ended up coming out with all kinds of swirly scratches. The manager Michael told me he could try to use clay soap to get the scratches out. I told him I want to scratch his fixed. I asked for my money back could not do it. This is after one night with some pollen falling on it. These scratches were not there before I use this car wash. ⚠️

Excellent car wash. Very nice staff that’s always professional and friendly. Especially Gene, he is always very polite and ready to dry my truck. He does an excellent job cleaning both the exterior and interior. I always ask for him and more than willing to wait for him if he is busy. Incredible hard worker!!

I have been Coming to this location in Orange Park for many years. This experience today was more enjoyable than I’ve had in a long time. The better vacuum system and detail system set up at the free vacuum area was a surprise. I haven’t been here for a few months and I was very very impressed. There was also an employee that kept coming around make sure everything was OK, was there anything he could get me? It was a nice change. The customer service aspect is very evident and much appreciated.

New detail areas next to vacuums is very good. I. Used to search for bottles and rags. Now there is one by every port, and even better there is more instruments to clean car with, pet brush, tire brush, etc. it’s definitely a better experience than any other place I’ve been. Edwin was great very knowledgeable and helping.

I adore this car wash per so many different options, but it’s the customer service that is OUTSTANDING! Michael Johnson, the manager, is wonderful and helped me tailor a more economical plan per I was only coming a couple of times a month and doing full service - he was extremely patient and knowledgeable. I have been to all the other car washes and there aren’t any others that compare to Waters. I always ask for Gene for the full-service wash - he is my favorite tech because he is friendly and attentive to all the little details.

First timer here from North Carolina. My mother frequents this place often and I decided to stop by with my car on a busy Friday afternoon. Lots of friendly staff ready to help and easy process to go through. Lots of tools and amenities like free vacuums to get your car clean 🧽. EDWIN was top tier with his customer service, friendliness and he even went the extra step and shined my tires while I was vacuuming my car which was super dope and appreciated. I will be coming back and i will spread the word! Thank you 😊

First time at this location and I just want to say what an amazing experience I had. I had a lot of bugs in my front bumper and the Manager Matthew took the initiative and made sure every bug was removed. Service with a smile. I might live 35 minutes away but I’m definitely coming back
